This year I have decided that I shall make no more excuses I want to be more healthy, happy, and fit.

Exercise Update

Today I went on my exercise bike for 45 minutes while watching Netflix:) Then after, I did various abdominal exercises with the stability ball. Knowing that this weekend there’s going to be some food temptations, I’m starting again to control my portions. If I want to indulge in something I will have just 1 thing. I will not let eating something that’s bad hinder my progress. I will still exercise and be content about my decisions. Sorry for the rant, hope you guys had a great day and an amazing workout today!
